- Use Burn Tool to darken the edges
- Use Text Tool to write in the words (size 32)
- Color the Background pink
- Smudge the edges
- merge all layers

i really like the heart image,
it might look cooler if you find a differnt font on the internet, something that fits a little better.
but the image turned out like crazy awesome.
the smudging made it look cool
